Baptism

Jesus was baptized and taught his Apostles to do likewise. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons and daughters of God. We become members of the Body of Christ as we are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission. We can’t wait to welcome your child into the life of Christ and our Church through Baptism.

Registered parishioners can fill out the form below. Godparent certification forms must be completed and signed by the pastor of the Godparent's registered parish, as well as have the Church's official seal. Once registered and all paperwork is turned in and approved, Baptisms are scheduled on the last Sunday of each month after 10 AM Mass.

NOTICE: If the parents of the baby are unwed, a copy of the birth certificate or the "Acknowledgment of Paternity Affidavit" signed by the Father at birth must be submitted along with the parent and godparent paperwork.
